Base on our experience stayed at this hotel: 1. Not as normal hotel, the default cleaning regulation on this hotel is to not clean up your room, except you put the 'clean my room' sign in front your door. This is also applied for the room amenities 2. We were travel as a family, parents and 3 kids. My youngest son is 9yo, we booked 2 rooms, and somehow when we were check in, the hotel staff insist that we have to add another 1 room, because he treat our son as an adult 3. As normal hotel, after check out we can keep our luggage for a while (even we still can do it in Tokyo), as for this hotel this service is not possible. But thankfully after a bit argued, the staff finally allow us to keep our luggage only about 4 hours 4. As for room cleanliness, under the bed was very dirty 5. As for hotel wifi quite good and there is microwave in the room

I asked 2 different staff to book a taxi to the airport in the morning (12 hours ahead), none of them did, so I had to wake up at 5 am, standing in the rain for 30 min to get myself a taxi (almost late for my flight). I did show a picture of my bed sheet bloody to the reception, but all I got is sorry. So think twice before get here people
