The best thing about this hotel is the staff—they are incredibly helpful and friendly! The room was okay, but the noise from kids on the upper floor was quite annoying. Also, the sunbeds are not exclusively for hotel guests, which was disappointing considering the high room price. I ended up having to lay my towel on the sand. Unfortunately, this aspect did not meet my expectations
