First, hotel reception is far from the stay place and free shuttle service is only by 5PM. Second, check out time indicated in web at 12 noon is different from that dictated by the hotel which is 10am. They want to charge us 1000 yen per hour. Third, room for 6 people is very small and only 2 beds were available (I was actually thinking if the room they gave us is good for 6 people because it seems to be for 4 people only). Fourth, they will charge 500 yen per luggage piece if you are planning to leave your baggage after check out. Overall, we had an inconvenient stay here.
