The address indicated is wrong, it is located in an apartment hotel called Attic house (use this as reference), locals don't know this Ximending Florid House. It's hard for us to find it, the locals there don't speak English that's why its a bit hard for us to locate it. The voucher states that we can check-in at 2 pm. but when we're there the contact person told us that we can check-in at 3 pm. but the room is clean, and the room is good.

Tempat ini lebih tepat disebut apartemen, bukan hotel, pemilik apartemen ramah, lokasi sangat strategis krena area perbelanjaan ximending dapat dijangkau dengan berjalan kaki, utk ke apartemen ini hanya butuh 5-10mnit dr MRT Ximen exit No.1, belok kanan, lurus, ketemu Family Mart lalu belok kiri dan ikuti jalan, lobby apartemen krg bersih dan terlihat tua, kebersihan kamar cukup, ruang kamar tidak besar, sikat gigi, slipper dan hair dryer disediakan, penilaian untuk keseluruhan adalah cukup

This is not a hotel, it's more of a condotel or BNB. It is in a good location but unfortunately it is hard to find. It has no signage at all. The registered address is not the exact address. The photos are deceiving. There is no front desk to assist you.
