It is a nice hotel with good service. Whenever I requested for help / service, their staff will come within few minutes. Excellent location as well

旅途中需要就醫急診 提供一家沒營業的私人診所 （我已經提醒櫃台、請確認是否看診） 櫃台回答確有急診 結果凌晨6:00我們在天黑寒冷的天氣 又回到飯店 然後再去一家飯店提供無法英文溝通的醫院 一個五星級高房價的飯店,這種服務令人失望 再也不會入住Hyatt集團飯店

Maravilloso

Clean room, nice balcony, and in the heart of the Gran Via shopping area. Helpful and friendly staff. Problem: From about 10 PM to 2 AM, there was night club kind of noise in our room. And then about midnight, it sounded like someone was moving furniture next door or in the restaurant above us. We were on the 9th floor and the restaurant is on the 10th floor. This noise was 3 nights in a row so I think it was coming from the restaurant.
