The chech in was ok ,but despite calling for help for luggage ,no one turned up for 15 minutes,we managed,also facilities including gym is limited no swimming pool for the cost, food was average.confusion still prevail,if Expedia took our payment,one staff said paid,the other said no, hope I didn't pay twice.just good for transit.

Bath room drainage and water spilling need to be taken care of as it had led to ugly and unhygienic mold build-up on bath room walls (Room#131, where I stayed).

The room was as clean as it could be. The staff was courteous and helpful with my transportation. The buffet meals were excellent and appetizing. This hotel met all my needs. Thank you.

Service and people were great. The area around the hotel is not clean and there is limited are to walk and roam. The main disappointment was quality of food

The staff is great at the hotel, very conscientious, courteous and professional. The food itself is worth the stay! The beds were clean and comfortable.

Property conveniently located near the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful.
