They charge service of 15% saying that its for the cleaning fee, however what they only do is get the trash bin, not even changing the bed sheets for the rest of our stay even after we requested for it.

There is hidden charge of tax. I had to pay HKD24 for a night.

The guest house asks for tax per day and deposit fee for key. The TV does not work. There is no water during weekends. They only cleaned my room / replaced my bedding once during my 10 nights of stay.

I get it that the room is small given that it is a budget hotel, but what I don't get is why that room is full of insects esp. our bed there are cockroaches! The management doesn't even did a single thing to get rid of those insects, I asked for an insecticide spray and what do I get an answer saying they don't have one, just that no more interventions no more cleaning, so much for the house cleaning fee that we paid. Small room yet very untidy. 😡

Kamar terlalu kecil tapi ya lumayan lah kalau untuk cuma tidur doang, chungking mansionnya kotor dan nunggu lift lama.

Not safe if there’s an emergency. What is in the included was not really included. Like toiletries and everything. Really unsatisfied that’s why we checked out the next day to find new place.

We agreed to move to the 17th floor which was Day and Night Hotel which I guess is under the same management. Anyway, very good location. Very close to 2 MTR stations. Room is small like any other hk hotels but was clean and sufficient to travellers who are always out during the day. I will definitely return and hopefully will get a better deal.

So far hotelnya cukup untuk tidur, cukup bersih untuk kelas guest house. Tapi jangan terlalu berharap nyaman ya, karena Hong Kong untuk kelas guest house benar-benar sempit. Letaknya oke dekat MTR, hanya guest house berada di mansion dengan lift kecil dan terbatas. Untuk pemilik so far oke. Keseluruhan menginap di guest house ini oke lah.

Lokasi strategis hanya 170 meter dari tsim tisa sui station, kamar bersih. Gratis, refill air mineral dan air panas. Hanya saja kita masih dikenakan biaya tambahan cleaning service di lokasi 25 HKD per booking.
