Hotel dekat dengan stasiun kereta api Bentencho. Staff-nya ramah dan pemandangannya sangat bagus menuju pemandangan kota Osaka.

Nice room and view from window but bit small, clean but the AC can't be configured as I wanted but the staff gave nice solution with portable fan. Near MRT station. 4*/5*

Quite an old hotel. The room is clean but looks old. The staffs was not really nice but quite helpful at the end after we complain. But still a good experience. Very close to universal studio!

Amazing hotel at the heart of Osaka. Close to two stations, JR bentencho, and Osaka Metro Bentencho, very convenient for getting around. Also only 3 stops away to USJ. Room size for even the basic room is very large especially for Japan standard. Facility and service is top notch.

The location is quite far from shin-osaka station, not recommended if bring huge luggage.

I love this hotel, so big for us. And the location is very near from the Benthenco station. Very recomendation if you go to Osaka.

First impression of this Hotel is Awesome.. staff very friendly, room so far large enough for 2 people, and so near from sevel or other restaurants. This place so recommend for you. And one important things is so near from Bentencho Station. So love this hotel. Thank you ART HOTEL Osaka Bay Tower

Hotel feels like a five star! We stayed in a triple room at sky floor and amenities were complete where we get a bunch of oils and skin care. Room also equipped with a superb coffee/ tea maker and complimentary smartphone that we can borrow to guide us around the city. Room size is great! Train station is just next door connecting us with Airport JR and also local train. Free shuttle bus to USJ. Value for money and will definitely book here again if we visit Osaka.

The carpet is not clean, no complimentary water in the room.

Lokasi cukup strategis dan mudah dijangkau. Sangat dekat dengan metro station dan bus stop. Ada fasilitas antar jemput bus shuttle gratis (terjadwal) ke Universal Studio jadi sangat memudahkan. Ada fasilitas peminjaman handphone gratis untuk dibawa jalan-jalan. View dari hotel sangat bagus. Sarapan mantap.
