The hotel is very spacious and clean. They have free shuttle bus to Disney and to the station. Staff are very friendly. We were having a lunch buffet at coral table but they don't provide English name card on the food, so we have to ask many times to the staff for the food contain. Overall, it was such nice experience staying at this hotel😁👍

Pro - clean, good location and shuttle service to disney, great variety of breakfast buffet, nice park beside the hotel, great idea of having a 24 hour lawson and laundry service in the hotel itself, great view of the tokyo bay Cons - location a little off to tokyo ... long 30 min walk from station jr shin urayasu if you miss the last bus Otherwise great place... recommend 4 stars

Hotel yang sangat bersih dan modern, berada di shin-urayasu dengan didukung adanya shuttle bus gratis dari hotel menuju ke stasiun dan disneyland menjadikan hotel ini salah satu yang terbaik di kelasnya, memudahkan kita yang ingin menjelajah. Hotel ini luar biasa, sangat cocok untuk liburan bersama keluarga, ukuran kamarnya besar, fasilitasnya lengkap dengan pemandangan yang indah, dan yang terpenting ada fasilitas bus gratis dari dan ke Stasiun Shin-Urayasu, Disneyland dan DisneySea.

room is big, clean, tidy and facilities are great. Food is easy to find at the convenience store at ground floor. they have luggage delivery services too. Very satisfied.

The room and breakfast was good. They do provide frequent shuttle services to Disneyland, Disneysea and to the nearest train station. Adding English speaking staff would be helpful for foreigners. Overall the hotel is good and clean.

If ever I had a chance to go back to Tokyo again, I will definitely stay with Tokyo Bay Tokyu Hotel 😊 The room was big, did not expect the room was really spacious and very clean too.

There is a limousin bus to/from Narita airport stop right in front of the hotel, very convenient!.
