Unfortunately, offered the worst service we ever had. One vital communication from the property to Traveloka for the customer was not delivered to us timely. As a result, it makes us frozen almost 45 minutes in at 3 degrees Celsius with all family outside the property. This is really unprofessional business that app offered to the customer.:(:(:(

Apartemennya nyaman, kami berlima, ada 3 kamar. Ada ruang makan, dapur, kamar mandi, mesin cuci 4,5 kg, ada balkon untuk jemur pakaian. Disediakan banyak gantungan baju dan setrika. Check in dan check out mudah. Dekat dengan 7-Eleven dan Family Mart. Dekat dengan stasiun kereta. Masalahnya cuma tidak ada resepsionis yang berjaga, tetapi kita bisa email dan langsung dibalas. Sangat puas sekali dengan apartemen ini. Recommended banget 👍.

The rooms looked like exactly like in the pictures, spacious and comfy. They got everything you need, from hairdryer, toiletries, even kitchenware until washing machine. The front desk also very helpful. Besides, you were given some basic information about how to use the housewares until about some attractions around Osaka. It is located near a train and bus station and convenience stores too so you don't need to worry about the access. While they give so many facilities, the price is also affordable and quite cheap.
