O dono do hotel é uma pessoa arrogante e sem educação, nos tratou super mal. Havia cabelo em todo banheiro quando chegamos.

Perfeita! Hotel simples, porém super limpo, bem localizado e o atendimento super cordial. Amei!

This hotel had lots of charm and was in a really good location for what we needed. We wanted a place where we could walk from the train station without taking the water bus. This hotel was about a 5 minute walk. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We had a view of one of the many churches in Venice. Our room was spacious with a large bed and a very small bathroom. The shower was broken. The host was very helpful and overall we had a good stay.

Shower in the room was broken even though I had paid extra for a private shower.

Great location but a bit dated the hotel

Avoid this place like the plague! Absolute worst accomodation experience I’ve ever had and has ruined my time in Venice. Owner is shifty, arrogant and creepy. Shower was broken, room stunk of mould and I found bed bugs. Had to checkout on day one, I couldn’t do it. I plead with you to not fall into the trap of wasting your money on this abomination of a hotel.

At first no AC and then on a new room the AC was very noisy. I guess we were unlucky with it, but there was no compensation and the noisy AC cost $10 extra.

Air conditioning was extra €10 cash; set at 25c°; very warm when entering room; Windows - no screens, two mosquitoes in room with windows open. No water, no fridge or coffee, no breakfast . Sleeping quarters only. Clean room. Room would be okay if not in summer due to warm weather. Owner was nice. Borrowed two prong adapter for phone charger. Comfortable mattress.

The location is perfect; close to sights, restaurants and transit. Rooms are very basic, good enough for a 1 or 2 night stay. Breakfast was good.Nothing fancy but a step up from your basic... juice, coffe, tea, fresh rolls, yam, yoghurt, cereal.

Zentral, Zimmer klein, Straßenseite etwas laut. Personal sehr nett.

Очень удобно расположен - от жд вокзала Санта Лючия 5-7 минут пешком, от площади, где останавливаются автобусы - 10. Район относительно высокий по меркам Венеции - при наводнении площадь перед отелем осталась сухой. Условия спартанские - туалет на этаже, душ на ДРУГОМ этаже. Комната небольшая. Ресепшен здесь на втором этаже, т.е. вход не виден с него и вечером иногда включают звонок, срабатывающий, когда открыта входная дверь - звук отлично слышен в комнате весь вечер. Было холодно - в комнате есть батарея отопления, но совершенно холодная, хозяин на просьбу добавить тепла ответил "не сезон же". Завтрак не брали, поэтому без комментариев.

Great breakfast with coffee made fresh. Close to train station. Very Friendly and helpful staff.

이 호텔은 위치가 좋고, 비싼 베네치아 물가에 비해 가격대도 괜찮은 편입니다. 직원들도 친절하며 필요한 부분에 응대를 잘해줍니다. 조금 낡은 시설이지만 쓰는데 크게 불편함은 없습니다. 전기포트기가 없는 부분이 아쉽습니다. 전반적으로 만족합니다.

Hotel viejo pero las instalaciones estuvieron muy bien , cerca de la estación de tren muy buen ubicado

Great hotel. The 10 euro upgrade to a room with hotel was totally worth it.

Great hotel in great location. Walking distance from train station and Piazzale Roma Bus & Car parking and good position to explore Venice. Small but clean cannot fault it!

This is a very old building. Our room was small but clean and it is in a great location, very central. Because it is such an old building the walls are not soundproof but we were happy with our stay!
