Even though the guest house was beautiful, we never received room service cleaning; we requested several with no success. We had to find our own clean towels in the staff closet. Not very happy about that. However, the breakfast was phenomenal.

Lovely small hotel located up four flights of stairs but once you're there - it's great. Simple facilities - it's cosy but tasteful. Excellent breakfast available in a beautiful room. One-minute walk to the beautiful Estrella park which is an oasis in the city. Helpful staff.

I liked the hotel very much-it is quiet, cozy, the windows are good, they do not let street noise through. Notes on the shower stall, the door needs to be repaired. Thank you for your hospitality!

Lage gut, Ausstattung gut, liegt in Einflugschneiße des Flughafens. Frühstück eher einfach, Personal spricht kaum Englisch

Staff were great!

The staff was extremely kind since we went to another location (with the same name) on Google Maps and they were patient with us through whatsapp. Nice breakfast that was included with pastries, meat, cheese and eggs. It's an old building so we could hear the neighbors when they were walking but not from the rooms. I recommend.

A estadia foi maravilhosa, p café da manhã delicioso, o quarto muito confortável e ia atendentes super solícitos. O quarto é silencioso. A localização é ótima, tem ônibus perto, mercado há duas ruas. A única questão negativa é que os quartos ficam no terceiro andar e temos que subir de escadas.

Très calme et bien situé Chambre agréable et spacieuse

We had a lovely stay at the Hygge Lisbon Estrela. It is a quiet and convenient location in a nice neighbourhood and the staff were very helpful. We loved the breakfast and the area where coffee and cake was served overlooking the garden. Everything was very clean and convenient.

Nothing to fault this Hotel on, except a wee bit hard to find, even for the taxi drivers! A 10 minute walk to Prato (Yellow) Metro and from there, Lisbon is easily accessible. It took 30 mins to get to the airport. Nice fresh scrambled eggs made to order for breakfast. Room small but comfortable with nice shower and a nice balcony with table and 2 chairs.

Des del momento 0 fue como estar en casa. La zona de comedor está siempre muy bien provista para que los huéspedes se sirvan a cualquier hora. La cama cómoda y el desayuno delicioso. Si es cierto que hay algunos acabados en la habitación que se podrían mejorar pero con el precio que tiene es más que suficiente. Localización también muy buena, a 10 minutos andando de un punto de comunicación con buses y metro.

Great location, walking distance from the city centre. The staff was great. They were very kind and friendly. The place and room were impecable: everything was super clean and tidy.

Struttura gradevole per al max 3 notti, poi diventa insostenibile. Al mattino colazione molto free, buona la pulizia del soggiorno, la stanza grande ma forse andrebbe rivisto il bagno interno con mobili, si nuovi ma oramai rovinati. Magari tenere una scorta di toner in reception per la stampa dei documenti di viaggio per il ritorno a casa

The room seemed really nice, however it feels like someone bought a huge Apartment and turned it into multipe hotel rooms (I think 7 or 9). It seems like a really upscale hostel, but the bed was very comfortable and everything very clean. We had a huge window in the bathroom to the the outside, which was very nice. The pump which was always super loud when we used the toilet or any kind of water, was a bit weird. The breakfast eggs they made were very good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The place in in a very resdential area.

The place is stylish (even though some renovation wouldn't hurt) and located in a beautiful area in Lisbon BUT the service is terrible. Cleaning wasn't done every day (!!!) and when it was done it was just change of towels and throwing out the garage, even the sink wasn't cleaned. Breakfast is tiny and some days there weren't even tea bags or fruits (don't expect exotic fruit just basic bananas and apples).

Correu tudo bem. Unico ponto negativo é o barulho que a sanita faz de vez em quando e os aviões a passar.

Buona posizione nella cittá, struttura minimale ma carina. Soggiorno pagato pochissimo per cui consigliato!

Séjour agréable mais seulement pour une courte durée : l'isolation est un réel souci lorsque les autres occupants ne font pas attention. La literie est confortable mais peut mieux faire... Au niveau de la propreté : des tâches sur la housse de couette, qq cheveux dans la salle de bain, sol poussiéreux mais ce n'est pas très dérangeant. Pour les points positifs : le personnel est très agréable, à l'écoute et disponible que ce soit par téléphone (communication par WhatsApp) mais aussi en présentiel. Ils sont également flexibles concernant l'heure d'arrivée et de départ (nous avons pu bénéficier d'un late check-in et check-out également). Le petit-déjeuner est le réel atout de cet hôtel. Du choix, de la qualité mais aussi de la quantité ! Bref, je recommande cet hôtel pour les personnes n'ayant pas beaucoup d'attentes et ne recherchant pas le confort +++.

Eu dei muito azar na estadia. Primeiramente fiquei 2 horas tocando campainha e não me atenderam. Liguei, falaram que iam abrir e nada. Continuei tocando campainha e ligando e só consegui entrar quando um hóspede foi embora e eu consegui entrar no local. Depois de deixar as malas no hotel, saímos e retornamos às 22h e aí sim tivemos mais problemas. O ralo do banheiro entupiu. Chamamos um funcionário. Ele teoricamente arrumou, mas daí a pouco falou que a “arrumação” dele gerou uma inundação do apartamento inferior. Resumindo: meu noivo tomou banho e eu tive que utilizar o quarto dos funcionários para tomar banho. Porque não podia usar o banheiro e não havia outra acomodação disponível.
