Nice hotel

房間整體都好舒服，但枕頭唔舒服，影響睡眠質素，除此以外都好

Amazing hotel! Was like staying in an apartment with a full kitchen. Incredibly clean and staff were both professional and kind. Breakfast, which was great, was an added bonus. Outside amenities include barbq’s and firepits. Will definitely stay here again!

Location thought it was closer to the old town

Comfortable stay, quiet location, though close to great shopping and dining locations.

Management staff were rude to us - Accused us of stealing breakfast from the Staybridge hotel when we were fully entitled to the breakfast. The manager assumed that we were staying at the Holiday Inn (which apparently does not include breakfast) while I was talking to a lady at the front desk. Well, guess what? There was no agent at the Staybridge front desk so I had no option! The hotels are connected inside so it's very strange. I had to argue with them for 10 minutes to get an apology. Paying customers deserve much much better than this clown service. My advice is to avoid this hotel for your own mental sanity.

We stayed here a few years ago, and returned this year, pretty much the same, rooms were reasonably clean, bed was a little uncomfortable, but our overall stay was satisfactory

We stayed here because its dog friendly and was close to the outlet mall. The room was nice, and comfortable. Great location and lots of areas for dog to relieve himself. The breakfast wasnt great but it was nice to have.

Chambre spacieuse, agréable et bien agencé. Bien équipé salle de sport et piscine. Hôtel idéalement placé éntre les chutes du Niagara et Niagara on the lake. Petit déjeuner superbe.
