Chegamos as 17h em porto, alugamos local por ficar perto da entrega do veiculo alugado pela AVIS e estar proxímo de atrações turisticas parecia ótimo, porém subimos ao apartamento no terceiro andar por uma escada de dificil acesso, principalmente com malas, ao entrar no quarto sentimos cheiro de mofo quarto parede e cortinas mofadas, quarto sujo com muita poeira abaixo dos moveis e foi cobrados 25€ de limpeza além do aluguel, fogão não funcionou, banheiro pequeno e quando fomos tomar banho o ralo não suportava a agua que descia do chuveiro, inundou todo o apartamento, tivemos que usar as toalhas para conter a água, noite foi tensa, resumindo foi 70€ para ficar 1 noite no muquiço..

Pratique plein centre pour une famille de 4 personnes . Salle de bain un peu petite . Matériel frigo cassé et toilettes également .

Localização ótima. Mas é um terceiro andar sem elevador, com escadas pequenas e ingrimes. Casa de banho muito pequena. Éramos 3 pessoas mas não deixaram roupa de cama para o sofá-cama. Limpo e confortável.

grande desilusão, comprei uma coisa e recebi outra , sou cardiaco e me deram um quarto no 3o andar tendo que subir escadas , sai do hotel antes do previsto, não tive condições de permanecer neste local

Établissement très bien situé et bien équipé. Un bémol voisin bruyant la nuit.

Super war die Lage. Die Ausstattung ist bis auf einige Defekte ganz ok. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Bad...die Dusche ist selbst für schlanke Personen viieel zu klein . Das Waschbecken hat die Größe eines Handwaschbeckens und ist schon zum Zähneputzen oder Gesichtwaschen sehr knapp bemessen. Insgesamt ist das Bad etwa so gross wie eine Gästetoilette.

Très bon apparemment... très bien situé et la literie est top... les points négatifs la salle de bain trop petite... le rideau de douche est sale... et nous avons cohabiter avec qq araignées... 20e pour le ménage qui n est pas fait correctement c est abusé ....

Brilliant Location. Guy with keys a helpful one. Also patient. Free Port on arrival. Lovely apartment. We would ask for this again on our next visit - soon!

Ubicación del apartamento perfecta. En pleno centro histórico y a 5 min. de la Ribeira. Cama super cómoda y el sofá cama también es bastante cómodo. Lo único es la ducha, que es un pelín estrecha...

Am Anfang war es sehr schwer überhaupt mit dem Besitzer in Kontakt zu kommen. Als wir am Appartement waren, war der Typ mit dem Schlüssel noch gar nicht da, mussten 20 min.warten. Die Lage ist super, Service aber sehr schlecht!

Probleme mit Duschabfluss daher Überflutung der Wohnung

We were burgled on our first night at this property by someone who had a key to the apartment and had everything stolen including passport/house keys/car key/driving license/credit card, belongings etc. The apartment customer services and Expedia customer services were unapologetic and did not help us. The Portugal police in Porto and the British embassy in Lisbon were brilliant throughout. We were too scared to stay at this property for the remaining 2 nights so we left to find another hotel which we had to find and pay for ourselves as Expedia was not interested in helping us after spending an hour on the phone to them whilst we were at the British Embassy in Lisbon. We felt abandoned and let down especially by Expedia when they should have stepped up to help their customers who were put into a dangerous situation.

Der Gastgeber hat uns bei unserer Ankunft sehr nett empfangen und uns alles sehr genau erklärt.Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man erreicht zu Fuß alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zudem ist sie sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und werden diese Wohnung definitiv weiter empfehlen.

On arrival we were surprised at the hobbit size doorway to the apartment this should have managed our expectations as to the size of the property , there is no bathroom as such it's a wet room at best, but all of the time as it's constantly damp and very small, both my partner and niece were eaten during the stay which we worked out was the sofa ! But the worse part if the stay was waking up to an intruder in our bedroom, at 4.30am, who managed to rob an iPhone, thankfully that was all he got away with, as my partner chased him out of the apartment, it was a terrifying ordeal. The owners are very nice, but this apartment is not as the photos suggest. The location is central but there is a lot of construction work going on just across the street and down the street , which makes it an early alarm clock of jack hammers and drilling. It's also a busy street as a route to the city and train station. Loved Porto and would visit again, but definately not this property in this location

We only stayed one night because we were on our way to the Algarve. The location was very conveniently located near the Sao Bento train station. This apartment was very tiny with steep steps leading up to it. The shower was so small it was difficult to shower without having the curtain stuck to your body. The noise from the trains and people down on the street carried on all night and there is no sound proofing at all even with the windows and shutters closed. The toiletries included were only a package of liquid soap. There was no hair dryer.

Excellent emplacement central. Très propre. Étroitesse de la douche et rideau collant. Absence de télécommande de téléviseur.

Das Hotel bzw. Apartment war im großen und ganzen in Ordnung. Expedia hatte extra Preise zugeschlagen. Was nicht schön war.
