Great location, easy walk into the old city, the room was nice but the balcony had only one chair and no table. On top, one day they cleaned the bird excrement from the facade and made a mess on it. The cleaning crew attempted to enter a few times even though I was in the room and told them I needed privacy :) Definitely not a four star hotel, I would say a bit overpriced but overall I am happy with my stay there. Perhaps they can change the carpets in the rooms and hire more friendly people at the reception... The city is super beautiful...

Nice room, air con didn't work

This hotel is modern on the inside but has the Krakow style on the outside. Breakfasthad a very varied choice. Only a 2km walk to the Town Square. Lots of places to eat and drink , you will not be short on choice. Plenty of cafes for a coffee, pastry, ice cream to rest your feet as there are lots of sites to see. Hotel staff were very helpful before and during our trip. Would highly recommend The Plaza Boutique

Lovely relaxing hotel with excellent, friendly and helpful staff. It’s about 30 mins walk into town. Hotel room was spacious, modern and quiet.

Excellent little hotel within easy reach of everything in Kraków. Nice walk to Kazimierz and all the restaurants and pubs there. Short tram ride elsewhere. Coffee shops and convenience stores near the hotel. Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Only minus is the AC which only operates with your key in the slot - as a result the room was often quite warm when returning to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing (I stayed at the hotel in the beginning of August, so temperatures in Kraków were rather warm).

Siisti ja viihtyisä hotelli. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja aina tarjolla. Aamupala erinomainen. Sijainti vähän sivussa, muttei liian kaukana.

Thought the Hotel was really good. Location was close enough to main square and plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy to reach by Trams as well. My only criticism would be that Breakfast could do with some attention. I found parts of the English Breakfast were not hot. Also on our last day it was busy and the self selection items ran out and were not restocked.

Lovely hotel,rooms are clean & modern & very spacious.We had a balcony overlooking looking the small square.Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from & plenty of it. Very modern hotel.Staff very friendly & helpful.Hotel is half an hour's walk to Old town but that didn't bother us as it was nice to walk & have a feel of the city. But if you don't like walking you can catch a tram just outside the hotel which is very cheap.Would definitely stay again

Fabulous hotel within easy walking distance of all the sights. Good sized room with a great shower. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel situated by the Vistula river but still within walking distance to Old Town. Would stay again, good value for money. It's a four star hotel because some sheets/carpets/door frames are stained, some paint is peeling, and the gym machine is in need of maintenance. Though the majority of staff aren't fluent in English, they are proficient after patience. An affordable alternative to Copernicus and the like. I don't care where I stay as long as it's not dirty and the staff are friendly enough to say good morning to me.

Nell'hotel,ottima posizione abbastanza vicino al centro, abbastanza tranquillo.ottima assistenza,l'unica cosa che se non metti il cartellino alla porta con la richiesta di rassettamento non rifanno la stanza. Per il resto tutto ok

Great location

Hyvällä paikalla oleva hotelli, joka oli osin helposti ja vaikeasti löydettävissä. Aamupala oli monipuolinen, ilmastointi toimi kuten pitää ja huone oli todella siisti. Henkilökunta hyvin palvelualtista. Ainoa miinus oli, että yöllä heräsin piipaukseen jonka jälkeen alkoi puolainen puhe. Ei sanaakaan englantia joten en tiennyt mikä oli kyseessä.
