Worst hotel ever. Basically it’s self check in which is okay but there is no elevator and you have you carry your luggage through all the stairs. There was an old lady at counter but she couldn’t help either. The room was very old, toilet has no seperate bath curtain, once you shower the whole bathroom is wet. Worst thing yet to come, there is an aircon in the room but you couldn’t control it as once it’s on the whole building is on qnd it is so loud. The whole night we couldn’t sleep. The time I stayed it was pretty cold but they turned the aircon on, imagine a big air fan blowed directly to your face the whole night. Also it’s pretty far from train station around 1km so this hotel is a big no to me. Never come back.

ทำเลดี ห้องสะอาด เดินไปตลาดกลางคืนง่าย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ ข้อเสียคือ แอร์ที่ใช้เป็นแอร์รวม ปรับความเย็นไม่ได้ ได้แค่ปรับหน้ากากแอร์ เตียงแข็งไปหน่อย และเวลาออกจากที่พักต้องฝากกุญแจไว้ที่เค้าเตอร์ทุกครั้ง อาจจะไม่ค่อยส่วนตัวเท่าไร

Everything was organized, fast and smooth in the check-in and check out. The hotel is closer to Shilin Night Market (10 minutes by walking) compared to MRT Jiantan Station (15 minutes by walking.) I just forgot to ask why we have to leave the key each time we get out but so far, everything is good and all my stuff are accounted for. For some reason, I super love the shower. The water flow is just of right amount. My room was clean, has windows and bed was comfy. The hotel manager Taipei so well. He's like my Talking Map. :) The lady taking care of the rooms at the 2nd floor is so nice. I'll definitely choose Rich Zone again if my vacation leave is approved this September.

All staff is very nice , reseptionist can speak english well and help us to search address of tourism place and any information , I love this hotel , and i’ll come back next time , thank you for kindly service ❤️
