Worth it and I really like it all, next I will be there

i traveled for business every month to country around asia. frankly speaking this is the most inconvenience or worst hotel, from the booking to check out process. cut short story the guy handle the guest unhappy when i went down to check out 10 min earlier than he is unhappy & a bit of arguement. he said that this is their property and they free to set the rule. when asked to refund MYR 300 deposit, he sending me a fake resit and the money transfered to his account. i only notice few minutes later since nothing come through my bank. when checked the deposit transfered to his personal account. he blocked me then have to get the security to contact the management on this then 1 hour later he transfered the money. i have all the detail, the fake transaction resit, the picture of this guy if needed.

Thanks Mr. Kenny for your services. I hope that if I go to Kuala Lumpur, I will stay here again.

When we arrived at SOHO, we were greeted by Mr. Kenny and Mrs. Pauline. We paid 300 MYR as a deposit. Mrs. Pauline took us to the room, explained anything related to the laundry machine, microwave oven, TV channel selection, etc. The room was excellent. Despite only 4 of us staying at the two-bedroom apartment, the rooms were prepared for 6 people. Overall, we were so pleased with the room and the service provided. Certainly, we will book the unit again when we visit Kuala Lumpur again. Kenny and Pauline, thank you very much.

Very clean, cozy, just 3 min walk to the bridge connecting to Suria KLCC and Bukit Bintang. 24h mini mart, excellent gym and swimming pool. We booked 1 room (2 bedrooms). There's a washing machine too. Mr. Kenny as the agent is very kind. Will be back soon.
