Staff was friendly and accommodating

Returning from bus tour. Stayed here before driving home the following day. Very nice rooms. Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast food good choices and served hot.

Nice place. Very hard bed. Pillows flat as a sheet of paper.

We booked a king suite that was advertised to sleep 4 people. They had three total pillows for all four of us. When I asked the front desk lady she apologized and informed me that they had no more pillows because they were fully booked. My expectation of having enough pillows for every bed was apparently too much for this hotel. Asked the lady multiple times to remedy the situation, such as purchase enough pillows for every patron and she just stared at me.

Nice room and staff. Felt very safe since it was just myself and teenage daughter traveling.

Room was very clean as was the entire hotel with a good breakfast.

Love Fairfields for the quality soaps, conditioners, shampoo. They are always very clean and comfortable. There were many options for dining and gas close by. Their free breakfast is always fantastic. McPherson had an amazing oatmeal bar with many options. You never go wrong with a Fairfield Inn.

This place was centrally located to our family and weekend doings. It was clean and comfortable with a very good breakfast.

We loved the convenience to the ball fields and the breakfast!

There was another patron staying across the hall that had a dog that was barking nonstop from 10pm to after midnight. The receptionist did everything she could to help us get some rest. Eventually ended up having to move rooms due to the dog being left alone in the room. “Chelsea” was amazing at taking care of the problem. I may not be rested but happy with the hotel’s attempt to make things right.

It was located conviently and very clean.

The breakfast was not great and our room wasn’t serviced during our stay. But the hotel was nice, quiet and safe with a few dining options close by.
