Sehr gut gelegenes gut geführtes kleines Hotel, in dem alles funktioniert. Freundliches Personal, sauber. Altes Gebäude, aber renoviert. Wir würden wiederkommen.

The receptionist Estella is very helpful , polite and competent when we checked in.She gave us a lot of info. regarding the Waterbury route and also places of interest to visit, a big asset for the hotel New Reiter to have such an employee to welcome guests. Hervorrangendes, freundliches Personal. Leckeres Frühstück, und wunderbares Essen. Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum.

The area was nice with all the restaurants including the one at hotel. Lots of mosquitos though and no bug repellant coils at the restaurant tables as there was in nearby restaurants

We stayed there in a Deluxe room for 7 nights and we‘ve had a great time. The hotel is located inbetween the station and the beach. The mixture of attending the Biennale and relaxing on the beach was quite fine.

Wir hatten einen aehr schönen Aufenthalt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Auch an der Rezeption ist man bemüht alles diskret und schnell zu erledigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍✨

Hotel perfectamente ubicado, a un vaporeto de Venecia y el resto de las islas. La atención no pudo ser mejor! Todo el personal muy amable. Junior me ayudó a reservar un restaurante para pedir matrimonio y al final del día, al llegar al hotel nos dejaron una botella de cortesía para celebrar! Volveremos sin duda! Instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y el desayuno muy completo! Mil gracias!

It is about 20 to 30 minutes from where we wanted to go, such as St. Mark's Cathedral, but the transportation is good until late at night. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. A BIG shout out to Danella or Estella (sorry if I am not saying or writing her name correctly). She was super helpful and took the time to walk me to the place. I needed early morning (0400 am) to take the water taxi to the airport. I will go back to the same place in November. :)

An old world hotel with all modern conveniences and amazingly friendly and helpful staff that was able to help us in English. The rooms are very comfortable and always clean and well supplied with your needs. Their restaurant serves wonderful foods with excellent service. The, included breakfasts were delicious and had a wide variety of items as well. The location is within a short walking distance from the Lido station and is conveniently located to dozens of shops and restaurants.
