Second time stay, simple and cozy.

Ruhig gelegen und gute Zimmer. Housekeeping was nett und gründlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und umfangreich. Leider sind die Fitnessgeräte veraltet und funktionieren teilweise nicht. Das Restaurant hat gute Qualität, ist aber gegenüber der Umgebung zu teuer. Leider war das Personal überfordert, hat alle Gäste in eine laute Ecke gesetzt. Die Getränke kamen nach dem Essen. Hotel und Frühstück super, Restaurant würde ich nicht empfehlen.

Great location for walking into the city and far enough to be out of the way. Highly recommend. Got the bus to the airport which was right outside the hotel, should have got the bus there at it was super convenient

Good enough hotel... A bit more oriented to business travel or someone who doesn't mind walking a bit too Stare Miasto

It was close to the Wawel castle. A little too far to walk to the old town where all the historical buildings are. Breakfast buffet was too expensive.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, gute Betten, hilfsbereites Personal. Einziger Negativpunkt: Frühstück ist sehr teuer.

We loved this hotel. Sleek, large room, easy walk to Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location. Rooms were large and the bed comfy, although it was 2 singles pushed together and they weren’t zip linked so did move slightly creating a gap. Good selection at breakfast and food in restaurant was good. Room service available. The hotel has parking but pre-book it before you arrive.

Modern hotel close to the city

Hotellet ligger tæt på Wawel slottet ca 20 min. gang afstand. Opholdet var fint og værelset var komfortabelt og ret. Hele oplevelse var ødelagt af personalet i receptionen, som ikke viser interesse for gæster, klæger over træthed. Personalets uniformer/skjorter skal sikkert skiftes oftere og stryges.

Hotel check in was very quick and smooth. The room was very clean including the bathroom. conveniently located next to coffee shops, bus station, 15 mins walk to city centre.
