It is a small hotel 5 min walk from the beach. My room was located on the ground floor, it was nice, not too big but very pleasant. The only one thing that bothered me was the fact that you could hear all conversations in the reception and a noise from a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel, it was a problem late at night or very early in the morning. Staff was very pleasant even not everyone can speak English but they definitely willing to help. Hotel is only 7 min walk from a bus station if you want to take a bus to Seville.

The place was very clean and the people was suuuuuper friendly even they are little english i felt so good and got my answer to all my question in rota… Stephania, Manuel, Albarado never helping me in anything… sosososos nice place and people i will come here for sure in my next trip to rota Spain… bravo. Cozy and charming. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and plentiful options for bars and restaurants also within walking distance. Would absolutely recommend.

This is an inexpensive hotel . The front desk staff were helpful and nice . We ended up joining the locals in the adjacent bar for wine and snacks . Plus great coffee and toast in the morning !

Great staff (especially Manolo the night watch) and clean big rooms. A bit loud and noisy until 2300 but nothing some earplugs won’t block out. Close to beach and old town.
