We got a parking spot on the front of the hotel checked 3pm room ok for a few nights , evening meal starter ,main ,plus sweet ,tea coffee served at your table Evening entertainment was in two different rooms which artists switched around with bingo before hand ,we had good artists every night , breakfast was full english with toast waffles juice etc ,

The hotel itself is in a good position & in a quieter area, away from all the drunks, but it is in need after some TLC, I realise its an old building, but it really does need some £ spending on it, tv remote not working & you have to pay £20 deposit for remote for air conditioning, why? Wouldn't go back, would rather pay more for better hotel.

Hotel were only ok waiting time for dinner was a joke as only one waiter and supervisor were allowed serve dinner even though there qere some lovely young waitress and waiters food dinner only ok there was a grey supervisor and he was not nice to one lovely waitress i frlt so sorry for her fir the price of the hotel iv stayed in better bed and breakfast hotels i wont be returning

Loved this hotel. Only thing was the bathroom was so small. But overall a lovely friendly hotel.

The mattress was sunken on one side ( like sleeping in a hole ) and the duvet was a single duvet inside a double duvet cover on a double bed

The parking was ok had to wait a hour to get out one day.the seaview was great

Room was 3rd floor, so great view and not too much noise from the entertainment. Every member of staff was a credit to the hotel. Really couldnt do enough for us, especially breakfast and reception staff. Thanks brian for the custom made waffles!!! Would definitely come again.

Not disabled friendly put us in a room across the hotel down 3 lots of steps and up a life and more steps. I emailed the hotel 4 days before we went told them my mum not good on her legs but they ignored the email. Put us in a room right above the stage singers on until gone midnight then people being loud on way back to rooms. The room above had creaky floors think they was clog dancing until 5 am. We went for a rest and didn’t get any sleep in 2 nights. My mum wanted to get a taxi home at 1am in the morning it was that bad
