Hotel confortável, recepção muito atenciosa, café da manhã bom! Os quartos grandes e confortáveis.

Cuando llegue tuve, una situación y ambos recepcionistas supieron resolverlo ofreciendome una muy buena solucion. Lo destaco porque supieron entender mi opinion y actuaron para resolverlo. Muchas Gracias

Podia ser mais limpo e organizado

Buena ubicación. La atención fue excelente. El Desayuno bastante variado. Las habitaciones necesitan una renovación y limpieza. En el piso de abajo las habitaciones son muy ruidosas.

Tiene una hermosa terraza que no se aprovecha. Bar cerrado.

Habitación y cama amplia, muy espaciosa. Estaba alojado en la habitación 003, en planta baja, y se escuchaba ruido de la zona común como comedor y pasillo. La cortina de la ventana no cerraba totalmente pero se podía arreglar fácilmente, olvidé reportarlo en recepción.

El personal del hotel es muy amable. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, aunque las cortinas no cerraban completamente. La habitase encontraba en planta baja y se escuchaban todos los ruídos del pasillo.

Excelente!!! El hotel muy lindo, pero un reconocimiento especial al gerente en turno, mi tia se enfermó y nos ayudó a conseguir ayuda médica además de mandarnos en taxi ida y vuelta cortesía del hotel!!! Mas gente así de amable. Un aplauso y mención especial!!

Fairly quiet and comfortable room with good facilities. Dining and drink options reasonable and good food for price. Short distance from centre of town but easy walkable. Would recommend for a short stay to see the waterfalls.

An ok hotel in Puerto Iguazú within a 15-minute walk from the bus terminal. Great rooftop grill restaurant and an ok pool. Nice breakfast. Rooms are quite run-down and would benefit from a renovation.

Affordable hotel. The streets with the exception of the main street, are quite dark with sometimes a sidewalk. The park was fantastic and well worth the trip. The restaurants Toscana and AQVA were excellent.

Great experience! Reception arranged a ride to the falls & for the driver Christian to bring my luggage when he picked me up from the falls so that we could drive directly to the airport! I could not ask for more.

The hotel was good for a few nights, a little worn down in the room, but service, restaurant, pool and breakfast was good. It was a ten minutes walk to city center and bus station.
