The hotel was nice but far from all, but we knew that. So was looking forward to come to the pool and relax. But from the 24 june the pool is under msintenance. Would have been nice to know so that we could have booked the hotel next door that had a pool.

Modern hotel with a spacious room and close to the airport, needs a bit more amenities in the surrounding area.

Das Hotel liegt nur 5 min Autofahrt vom Flughafen entfernt und dient u.a. dem Fflugpersonal als Unterkunft. Bis zur nächsten Metrostation (Expo2000)fährt man ca. 20 min. Es liegt halt vom Zentrum sehr weit entfernt. Service, Verpflegung und auch die Zimmer sind gut.

I booked a one bed/ one living and two bathroom as per online and checked into a regular room. Paid for something I didn’t even get. RIDICULOUS!!!

Trés bien mais Trop Loin de Dubai. IL faudra compter 1h de taxi pour se rendre dans le centre de Dubaï. Les personnes de l’accueil ont été top et ont accepté que nous écourtions notre séjour pour nous rapprocher. Les chambres sont propres et la literie est confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et de bonne qualité.

Very clean and functional hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Recommended for a few nights stay if you're looking for a place to sleep comfortably. Special mention to the great staff at breakfast who went out of their way to make the kids happy with some pancakes!

We had business in a nearby industrial area and stayed here on a full-board basis. It seems to be in the middle of the desert but inside it is brand new, really helpful staff, stylish, perfect poached eggs for breakfast and a great dinner menu (try the spicy beef and tuna salad starters). There is some noise from the airport, but would go back again.

I can not even believe you have this place as an option on your website. Deplorable, filthy, rude and the worst place I have ever seen. I booked this through your site and was stuck paying for 4 nights. I would not let my dogs stay in this dump. I left and booked a beautiful hotel and sucked up the expense. Not a happy person. REMIVE THIS PROPERTY...

It was very well located next to the Al Maktoum airport- very suitable when you have an early flight the next morning. It appears to be in the middle of the sand dunes but we gather this area is in construction. This can only improve. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it to future travellers. Catherine Moscato
