Nice area all around. Restaurant closes way too early, at 9 pm. I wish the buffet was all day as well and not just breakfast.

Pros: Great breakfast and service. Concierge was very helpful. Hotel was close to the venue but nothing else. Cons: bed is extremely hard with resultant poor sleep. The bathroom and bedroom are separated by glass! Even with the blinds drawn, you can still see into the shower from the bedroom. (Very strange). Coffee was terrible. My AC didn’t work and front desk only offered an apology.

Good hotel but need to improve on the internet speed and stability.

Good and comfortable hotel stay. Safe needs to be bolted down. Security personnel needs to be flexible in terms of dealing with cars parked temporary in hotel. Have to assess if it's busy or not and be flexible according to the conditions.

Overall a good hotel stay with friendly staff. Can pay more attention in terms of housekeeping. Found sticky spots on the table. New full set of amenities, slippers and tea/coffee should be provided daily. On the first day, noticed the hair conditioner was a used one, perhaps from the previous guest. Internet connection and speed is not good.
