環境優越 服務品質好

很不錯的體驗，房間大又乾淨，且浴室內有洗衣機。服務人員態度很好！房間安靜不被打擾。離地鐵站近。

半年前入住的時候很滿意的， 現在 房間 欠整潔， 有蟑螂有塵埃， 我住得不舒服， 感覺質素下降， 性價比低。

公寓位於潭村地鐵站附近，交通方便，入住體驗良好，高層3房複式單位，空間感好，視野開闊，可以看得到珠江，唯美中不足是洗手間只有一個，三人需要搶洗手間。

清潔有待改善，客廳桌子沒抹，室內有小蒼蠅，隔音差，樓下保安態度差，除了以上的，其他OK。

有電爐冇煲，失敗！到前堂問服務生攞煲都不願意處理，後來投訴就比了一個十分不清清潔的煲，用完後還要客人清潔乾淨，不然就要付¥50清潔費，對此本人十分不滿意！

乾淨。。。但check in 人員態度有點惡劣。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

The room was exactly as advertised in the photos. This was my second stay here at Royal Star, and it's a really good deal. For transport, I only called Didi, but I did see a subway station nearby that was literally just across the street which is convenient. Location is just around five minute drive to Tianhe and around 10 minutes to Pazhou to Canton Fair.

The staff and people around are some of the most polite and helpful people I have ever seen. I live in Asia. I have traveled all over the world, Europe, the Americas, and Africa, but staff and people are so ready to help with anything - they go way out of their way to help. I have never experienced something like that.

Always a fantastic place to stay , great river views, spacious , clean and well appointed!

the staff were sweet and helpful and i dont speak chinese. it made me feel at home where i can be safe. i lost my key card and they replaced it without any hassle or fee. the cleaning lady was the sweetest ensuring i had new water every day. its very close to the convention centre and the value is amazing. i hope i can come back again to royal star apartments. 🍀🙏🍀
