The staff were extremely welcoming. This was our first time out of our country internationally on our own so we were very nervous about how to get around ect, the staff answered any questions we had, at any hour of the night the staff would be present at the front desk always smiling and eager to assist. We loved this stay at COCO MAT :)

Great find, excellent location and super friendly staff. Onluvdrawback wa sour room did not have a dresser but we managed OK. If in Greece we are coming back.

Such a cute hotel with good size rooms in a central location. Lovely happy staff that are helpful. Location is near lots of restaurants and not too touristy. Breakfast is standard, nothing special. Pool is nice but not heated. Overall a great stay.

We lived staying here, The location is nice. Convenient to restaurants , Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location of the hotel is great, within walking distance of the city centre and many museums. We had an interior room so we’re spared some of the traffic noise. The reception team were great. However the waiting staff in the restaurant were not so good, they were unfriendly and we were made to feel like an inconvenience. On our last morning I saw one of the waiters rolling his eyes at one of the guests.

Fantastic location for city break. Close to hop on hop off bus stop. Kolonaki is very vibrant , lots of shops & eateries. Breakfast in the hotel was very good

Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen! Es ist eine charmante Mischung aus alt und neu. Die Gegend ist sehr zentral, aber nicht laut. Es gibt sehr nette Lokale und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe.Ich habe fast alle Erkundungstouren durch Athen zu Fuß machen können. Und das Beste ist das hervorragende Bett! Ich konnte sensationell gut schlafen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Sophia für das tolle Zimmer.:)))

I have been a few times to Coco-Mat hotels and I like the soft modern design and friendly & helpful staff! The hotel is comfortable and in an excellent location. Hope to go back on my next Athens visit!

This stay was disappointing. 2 of the 3 nights the power in the room went out. We thought it was the hotel but it turned out to be our room only. It was 9pm so we didn’t think much of it. We “slept” in the Athens heatwave without AC or being able to charge phones or watch TV. The next morning at the front desk they said they’d fix it. The following night it happened again. This time we knew it was our room only and I called on my cell to have them fix it (since room phone didn’t work). I can understand issues but then to add to it, we had a GIANT cockroach in the bathroom. For a 4* hotel this was a very disappointing stay. Would not return.
