Staying as a family, I booked Junior Suites however when I arrived there, room was changed. I just let it go. Could have been better if they gave me the booked room. New and clean room. The room and bed were very comfortable. Staff were accommodating.

Helpful staff, perfect location near must see attractions in Alona Beach

The room was clean. Staff are kind and accommodating. we were not able to use the swimming pool as it was closed down early on that day. Not sure what happened when we left in the afternoon it was still open but when we came back at around 5pm the pool was already closed.

No proper reservation even if we already reserved our room.

The AC of the room seems to be broken. Hotel was too far away from the beach different from the description by the hotel here in this App. Not serving food/no convenience store nearby.
