I booked the Suite Gran Canal on Expedia for nearly $680 per night, specifically for the beautiful balcony and large windows. When I first entered the room, I felt like something was missing, but since I was busy during my trip, I didn’t check the booking photos. Yesterday, when I reviewed my reservation, I realized that the room description on Expedia showed a stunning balcony that you could step out onto. However, the actual room I was given had no accessible balcony at all. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. I don’t know what went wrong, but I feel deceived. If you’re considering booking the Suite Gran Canal, be aware that the room might look completely different from what’s shown online.

This is an outstanding hotel located on the Grand Canal near the Rialto Bridge. The bridge and canal were viewable from our Junior Suite with Canal View. It was a lovely oversized room with a seating area, oversized bath, excellent closet space...and the view! There is a rooftop terrace bar open from noon to 11:00pm with lite bites which include appetizers, salads, sandwiches and light entrees. The staff was excellent and very helpful!

The staff people were so nice and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We had a good experience at this hotel.

Our stay at H10 Palazzo Canova was wonderful. The hotel staff were available and always helpful. The rooms are large and nicely appointed. The breakfast, which you can purchase as part of your room cost, is exceptional. The staff is welcoming. The hotel has a lovely rooftop bar overlooking the Grand Canal. And the restaurant is near all the major sites. This is an excellent hotel.

Balcony facing the canal and see Rialto Bridge so closely. Close to a wide range of dining options. Staff is great. Very importantly, very close to water bus, gondola, and water shuttle to airport, no need to carry luggages a for long walk.

The facilities are new, the location is excellent, and the staff are kind and friendly. The breakfast is also delicious, and everything is spotlessly clean. I will definitely stay here again next time.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Excellent location, around 10 minutes walk from the main atrractions. To get there was a 10 minute ferry ride from the train station and then a 5 minute walk over the Rialto Bridge. We had a spacious room with comfortable bed, very modern and clean. We had a view of the Grand Canal, and found the room very quiet when the windows were closed. The breakfast was superb. We can't fault in, and would definitely recommend it to others.

Excellent and Professional Costumer services by Maria and also the Concierge that received us at the Hotel on july 28 , unfortunately I do not remember his name , but he was extremely Professional and competent , this Hotel have a nice location , you can go almost anywhere walking .
