I had my entire stay in Osaka at The Royal Park Canvas. Check in using Kiosk, no help rendered, hence had to get the receptionist's assistance after. Room was cosy, a bit crampy but bed was good. Location near Kitahama Station, but no elevator so a heads up to travellers with big luggage. Service can definitely be improved. Didn't have a pleasant experience with one of the receptionist, when we asked to microwave our combini food, as she looked upset and annoyed at our request. The rest of the receptionists were kind. Lounge access was free for customers during their stay with free drinks (coffee, tea, matcha, etc) excluding alcohol and juice. Would I stay here again? Probably no, due to the inconvenience without elevator in the nearest station.
