My room is on the G/F floor and there is a narrow walkway outside the window. The curtain of the bathroom is not big enough to cover the window, so people can see the inside of the bathroom (and all activities) especially when it's lit up at night. The curtain in the room area is not long enough as well, it ends right on the level of the bed. One could hardly feel safe and relaxed in this case.

The girls on morning duty of the reception are very helpful but the guy for evening could be more kind. I arrive on Friday 15 min to 7pm inquiring about street parking. The parking fee of this property is rather high 24 Euro per day. Sat and Sun parking along the street is free. And Fri street parking has a fee till 7pm. As a reception man of the hotel he should be helpful and give the right information. However, he suggested me to park in their garage because street parking on Sat is not free and 3 hours in maximum. A lot of spaces were available during my stay there on the weekend since the property is a little away from the center. I don't believe the guy is ignorant about the rule because for the whole Vienna Sat and Sun street parking in the allowed areas is ALL free. 🙄

A nice new hotel, and the restaurant is excellent!

It was a good stay. Quiet area, comfortable bed, cool design. Taking a star off for the absence of a mini fridge and a coffee maker. No complimentary coffee in the lobby either. If coffee is not a must for you- book it!

El Hotel tiene un estilo alternativo que cae en lo divertido; Sin embargo, en mi habitación encontré hormigas que salían de alguno de los muros. El restaurante es animado de noche. La ubicación es buena por la zona de tiendas y restaurantes aunque un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad.

Zentral gelegenes, gemütliches Hotel. Hier fühlt man sich wohl.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv fällt die Sauberkeit und die sehr individuelle Ausstattung des Hotels auf. Der Restaurantbesuch - wir waren 8 Personen - wird uns in Erinnerung bleiben: Die frisch verarbeiteten Produkte (Gemüse, Fleisch, Fisch) haben uns in allen Variationen der Zubereitung begeistert. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Wien werden wir wieder im Max Brown im 7. Bezirk logieren.

We found the Max Brown to be a great, budget-friendly option for staying slightly further out of town. The Neubau area has good options for cafes and restaurants, and the hotel itself is situated within walking distance of different tram lines into and out of town making it very easy to be in the centre within 20 minutes. We didn't try the restuarant but we went for a drink in the bar on one evening, it was very busy and the staff struggled to accomodate us even for one drink, which was slightly disappointing but hopefully a sign that it's a popular, well-liked place.

Fun hotel, with great staff and in a great location with a Trendy restaurant on the main level!

Modernes, schönes Hotel - toller Service!

Tolles Frühstück, aber leider keinerlei Abwechslung für Leute, die länger dort bleiben. Zimmer sind okay, aber nach den Bildern hatte ich mehr erwartet. Insgesamt aber gute Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Hotel ist schön, leider hat bei uns die Dusche nicht richtig funktioniert. Wasserdruck war schwach und deswegen konnte man nicht richtig duschen. Beim auschecken die Rezeption darüber informiert.

Lovely style of interior . Very special . I called it mix loft and hippy. In the room you have vinyl disc player! Discs are provided. Extremely delicious food in the restaurant downstairs. You need to make a booking there ideally.

My stay was very pleasant, the staff was so nice. Breakfast was great! The hotel is at an artsy district in vienna and very well connected. It was an 8 minute or so walk to public transport. I enjoyed my stay and would def. Prefer this hotel again

Das Hotel ist stylisch eingerichtet, aber für ein 4 Sterne Hotel etwas mehr Komfort erwartet. Zum Hinterhaus musste durch den Innenhof gegangen werden, da abends Restaurant extern betrieben wird. Zimmer large war schön groß, aber durch Schlauchform auch düster. Einrichtung sehr einfach gehalten. Staubflusen bei Ankunft unter Bett und unter Kofferablage sowie hinter Tür. Mitgenommene Handtücher wurden nicht ersetzt. Rezeption war immer besetzt und sehr freundlich, ebenso beim Frühstück, das eine große Auswahl bot. Mit mehrmals umsteigen kommt man mit den Öffis gut in den 1. Bezirk
