Very satisfied with the hotel. The services are warm and friendly, and the hotel facilities are clean. Although the breakfast is not many varieties and simple, it is very comprehensive. The lobby provides 24H coffee and hot water. The hotel has an excellent location, only ten minutes away from many attractions. My family and I like this hotel very much and highly recommend it to anyone going to San Diego.

The Service Reps at the front desk were great. they made you feel like they wanted to be there, which is so rare these days

Super friendly staff and very helpful! Clean room easy in and out even had a large church group staying there talking loudly in the lobby (totally don’t mind I’m not a boomer) couldn’t hear them at all in the room

We stayed here while visiting for my son’s graduation from Marine boot camp. Was within walking distance of the airport and we also walked to several restaurants and to the recruit depot for the meet n greet and Family Day. The free breakfast was impressive- something for everyone— yogurt, fruit, eggs, sausage, waffles— and the coffee was great. The staff was really friendly and helpful- I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the AC and they promptly sent someone to our room to check it out. Overall - it was a really positive experience for us! My only complaint is that check in was pretty late -3pm- and I had to pay $75 for early check in because we had the meet n greet with my son on the Marine base at 3 so we needed to be able to change and get ready. Just seems like the check in could be earlier or the cost to check in could be lower.
