Very hospitable and very accommodating. The place is nice and the room is so comfy.

They do not know how to take care and satisfy customer needs. Problem with water supply (sometimes not clear water) and no adequate water storage installed. Sometimes power interruption occurs affecting also aircon operation. Housekeeping also an issue. Daily cleaning and replacement of linens, towels, soap, tissue etc. per request. Not voluntarily or automatically being done. I'm sure guest will get mad once they check in in this hostel (not in the cat of hotel.)

Very accommodating. The place is close to almost all restaurants, shops, and events area.
