地理位置優越，交通便利。然而，我們入住的公寓維護狀況不佳，家具陳舊，床也很不舒服，能感覺到彈簧，導致醒來後腰酸背痛。工作人員說這套公寓屬於私人業主，由飯店獨立管理，飯店只是作為中間人。我建議不要預訂這間公寓，但據工作人員說，飯店的其他房間似乎還不錯。

感謝真主。在這裡住了三天兩夜真是太棒了……孩子們很喜歡，我們也很高興。

這是我去卡梅倫時最喜歡去的地方。這個地方地理位置優越，維護得很好。

房間寬敞舒適，還有浴缸。 飯店位置絕佳。下次去喀麥隆我一定還會住這家飯店…

-浴室牆壁發黴、骯髒，浴室地板也很髒 -沒有提供微波爐 -兩個浴室都沒有地墊，直到提出要求才提供 除此之外，這是我第二次入住這家飯店……還會再來……希望飯店管理層能對此事採取行動。 謝謝

燈光太刺眼了。電視兩側亮得刺眼，冷光刺得要命。一大早就有人跑來跑去，大聲喧嘩，簡直瘋了。枕頭硬得跟沙發墊似的。

The location is very strategic near to all famous place. The food was delicious but only the misunderstood with buffet menu and set which is i not understand

very near to kea farm. huge room for this type n comfort. there is enough parking at basement. they provide coway i. each floor. but for breakfast i get set type if u want to change bufet need to add rm7 per pax

better book for hotel room rather book the apartment unit. The bedsheet cover, pillow and everything uncleaned. Worst ever.

I booked 2 rooms (king n superior)but can’t get same floor. According to receptionist diff. room diff floor..and the problem is my card cannot access to another floor..u think???

Convenience and easy access. Good location, easy parking, and spaces quite good for family. Clean and nice surrounding.

If I come to Cameron Highlands, this is the place where I will stay with my family because it is strategic, peaceful, and worth the price. I would never choose anywhere else.

The staff was very helpful , the scenery was beautiful and it is a great place to stay!

A place that is very convenient and comfortable for my family vacation. I always stay here whenever I come to Cameron Highlands.

Location is perfect, highest up the hill. Best stay to avoid traffic jam. Great and valuable.

The room was comfortable overall. However, we encountered a few issues, particularly in the kitchen area — the sink was leaking, and every time we used it, water would drip onto the floor. The bathroom also had several problems. The drainage was poor; water would accumulate whenever we took a shower and took a long time to subside. The bathroom walls showed signs of mold, and the floor was slippery — both my husband and I nearly slipped multiple times. As for breakfast, the variety was quite good, but it didn’t quite meet our taste preferences. On the day we had breakfast, the nasi lemak was served very late — it only came out about an hour after breakfast had started. We hope these issues can be improved for a better guest experience in the future.
