Pelayanannya bagus banget, dari mulai check in sampai check out semuanya dilayani dengan sangat baik, staff semuanya sangat ramah-ramah, kamar bersih, rapi, dan nyaman, jarak hotel sangat dekat dengan MRT station, mal Pavilion serta tempat wisata lainnya.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, really enjoyed this staying in KL.

It's good that my room has been upgraded to have the KL Tower view. But, major disappointment because I can't use the bathtub due to the drain stopper isn't working. I can't really remember the room number. Either 2018 or 2118

Very nice hotel with an excellent location... close to Pavilion and other eating places, everything within walking distance, will be here again next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Overall services and experience was pleasant, just that the lift were not disinfected especially the lift button full of hand prints and dirty, to avoid spreading germs and covid virus it is recommended to do cleaning and disinfecting every 2 hours

The hotel room is just nice. The location is very good, near the mall, 7-Eleven, and pharmacy. The staff is also very helpful and polite.

Awesome hotel in bukit bintang

Actually jw marriott never disappoints me, but I think for the worth of money, jw marriott must come with a new service or facility, maybe a kids club or playground, because the other hotel that worth 1/3 price around Bukit Bintang such as Sleeping Lion Hotel have almost the same facilities with jw marriott with such cheap rates. And also I want to complain about the smoking zone right beside the hotel lobby door, because there are also stroller/wheelchair access near that smoking zone, so every time I push my baby through the door, my baby must go through so much smoke from their smoking activity there, how is that possible to have a smoking area in front of wheelchair/stroller access?

Stayed at jw marriott Kuala Lumpur for a recent business trip and was very pleased with the experience

Hotel yang sangat istimewa. Kamarnya luas, bersih, nyaman, sangat dekat dengan mal Pavilion, pegawainya ramah. Saya akan kembali menginap di hotel ini untuk kunjungan saya ke Kuala Lumpur selanjutnya.
