Overall, it's OK to good. Friendly hotel staff & good breakfast spread. However, toiletries are only replaced upon request… eg tissues, shower cap, cotton balls & buds etc. Towels replaced got stain & I had to call housekeeping a few times to get it & the staff said the maids have gone back but upon checking with reception, Farah, she said it's 24 hours. Farah sent 2 maids to look into the problems while I was at the lobby. However, I'm not too happy when I went back to the rooms, we were taken by surprise they were in our room replacing whatever necc. Farah should have informed us she'll send them to the room. We left our valuables in the room thinking it was just a brief break to complaint nothing lost though but that should not have happened.

We had a pleasant stay. Be it the suite, stafss, facilities, breakfast selections, everything is top notch.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Westin Langkawi Hotel. A totally recommended accommodation when visiting Langkawi! The hotel is reasonably priced. We paid for Garden View room but got upgraded to Partial Ocean View room. It's also kids-friendly. Our toddler loved the kids’ pool and kids’ club so much. Staffs were also warm and friendly. The beach view from the resort is amazing, from morning until the sun was down. Early yoga at the beach is complementary for all guests.

I had a pleasant stay. Breakfast area and the swimming pool overlooking bunch of smaller islands were some of the most memorable things during my stay at Westin Langkawi.

Customer service is tip top! Really good people working at the hotel. No complaints. But I paid and my room doesn't looks like as advertise in the app. My room floor got noise like wood cracking when you walking on it. Plus got 1 nail on the floor that didn't knock down properly. Please do something about it.

This hotel is the best and perfect for my kids and my mom. We are book premium partly ocean view with a connecting room. The view so nice and cozy. Perfect gateway for you and your family if you wanna come have peaceful holiday here. The food and hospitality so nice. Will come back here soon

Execellant service and wonderful stay at the villa.

The hotel has nice facilities with a great sea view from its private beach. The ideal and relaxing environment makes this a good place for a retreat from the hustling city life. Daily breakfast is sufficient although the variety and quality can be further improved.

Good location,room is super clean. Some of the staff are super friendly, some not. Food is average, I've ordered in room dining and had breakfast,both are not worth the money.

The staff was warm. Everything went great during our stay!
