員工很友善。 早餐煎蛋服務略有欠缺。除此之外，體驗還不錯。

yg paling mengesankan slain fasilitas mewah hotel bintang 5.. adalah staf loby yg amat sgt ramah menyambut kami dg Assalaamu'alaykum dan bercakap2 dg kami menggunakan bahasa Indonesia. beliau klo g salah dr Serawak & Kalimantan dan sdh 13 tahun di Fullerton masya Allaah tabaarokallaah.. bahkan suka becandain anak kami utk tinggal di sana hehe sukses bapaknyaaa (yg di concierge, sy lupa namanya)

Bagus. Bersih. View bagus dan habis renovasi. Makanan mewah, ada sashimi, fresh seafood, dan lain-lain. Bisa ke pool Fullerton Bay juga. Puas sekali. Anak-anak mendapatkan free ice cream.

Untuk roomnya oke, luas, bagus. Lokasi strategis, dekat merlion park, clarke quay yang cuma jalan kaki. Dekat ke chinatown juga. Transportasi disekitar juga bisa diakses oleh Bus, MRT dan Taxi. Yg kurang bagus hanya staff front line aja agak jutek.

Want to say thank you for those two beautiful ladies in front office, Mira and Nilan. They made our stay so beautifully by made our room next to on the same floor, and upgrading our two rooms with beautiful view from our window. This hotel which is build since 1928, classic but well maintenance. From the entry until inside our spacious room and bathroom. The food was amazing with various menu and especially separate from pork area. Singapore Laksa is our favourite one. Hope to stay here again soon
