飯店員工非常友善熱情，樂於助人。

我非常喜歡住在這裡。我原本預訂的是一間雙床房，但辦理入住時，工作人員給我免費升級到了一間更大的房間，裡面有一張加大雙人床和一張沙發床。工作人員也非常友好。飯店位置便利，靠近購物中心、餐廳、7-11便利商店和地鐵站。也許我還會再來。

在這裡的住宿體驗非常好，我很想再在這裡住一晚。

So far all good, near MRT, near mall, easy to find foods, even for the gifts, love the modern room, the pool, the staffs, but you need to upgrade the variant breakfast every morning. I would like to staying here again next time

Kamar bagus, canggih. Tapi aga sedikit merepotkan dengan adanya kecanggihan itu sendiri. Lokasi baik. Harga mau murah pesan jauh-jauh. Tv channel untuk film hanya ada, 2 channel. Sedikit kecewa.

The service was great, the room was very nice also. I love the location as it is near to a mall with a great food court and also very near to the MRT station. Would recommend!

I got stuck in their old sliding shower area for 30 mins before engineers came to get me out. The hotel staff did not apologize for it. We had to queue up for 30 mins at the reception just to get a room change. They did not care about us and our comfort.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, dekat mall Funan dan stasiun MRT. Desain hotel sangat modern dan semua staff nya sangat friendly. Will be back for sure.

Front office sangat membantu saat kami meminta kursi plastik di bathroom karena kami ada cedera sehingga tidak bisa mandi sambil berdiri. Front office malah menyiapkan kamar dengan bathroom untuk disable plus kasih platik. Sangat memuaskan.

Great location, not sure I would classify it as a 5 star hotel. Arrived around 11am with a day of meetings planned and originally front desk staff did not want to let me check in, even after I explained to them I would have meetings all afternoon and into the evening. They said what if the room was dirty or something was broken in the room, which I thought was an expectation for staff of a 5 star hotel. The room was in front of the lifts and loud with people coming and going late at night. Room was okay, nothing amazing. Breakfast looked so so, I paid for breakfast but did not eat as did not look overly appetizing.

The room was very nice and smart! The service staff was very prompt with our requests. Will definitely be back again.

It was a great staycation and absolutely enjoyed our stay at gpch oasis Junior Suite. The suite is located at the same level as the outdoor swimming pool and has access to the pool deck from our room! The room was lovely and we were welcomed by complimentary red wine and cookies from the hotel. Bedding is awesome and both my partner and myself loved the soft pillows. We also liked the bathroom where there were 2 sinks and faucets so we don't have to vie for it, it comes with the steam bath function. The swimming pool too have two jacuzzi area which was great. We also wanted to commend Chef Judy and the service team in the Crystal Club for their warm hospitality and we loved Chef Judy's cooking, and her passion for sharing her creations. Suggestion for improvement - refrigerator in the suite was not as cold as we liked, hence we had to call the service manager to request for ice. Exterior of the hotel walls should be maintained so that it gives guests a cleaner and fresh look as the interior of the hotel is amazing!

Did a 1night staycation. The hotel is next to Funan and a 10 min walk to raffles city and city hall MRT so very convenient. What I like: The bed is comfy. The room is spacious but the sofa area is kind of odd. Service - they upgraded us as our original category of room is not ready. What I don't like: Not soundproof. We can hear people talking when they walk past our door, even though our room is in a corner. The toilet flush is very loud. Average: Breakfast. TV channels. Might come back again if manage to get a good price
