Me and my parents always stay in Fairmont Hotel when we come to Singapore, it becomes our favorite hotel.

Fairmont Gold Bay View is spectacular!!!

Hotel nya nyaman. Tapi untuk breakfast nya kurang. Tidak sebanding dengan rating hotel nya. Pelayanan staff nya kurang ramah dan terkesan cuek”.

The room has ample space and very good design. Upgrade to suite is very expensive. Although club service located in the same floor, we are not allowed to use them unless we pay extra charges (a bit too much!).

This is 3rd time we're staying in Fairmont SG for new year eve and we had high expectations. But unfortunately it turns out to be just okay-ish stay. We booked room with marina view (room 1532) and problem comes right after check in. First, the lightings in the cupboard are flickering/flashing. Called front desk for checking only for engineering team comes like 30 minute later and we need to waste our time waiting for him to fix the issue (he brought ladder and climb to the ceilings and check electrical cablings there). Second issue later that night, the water pump (they don't provide bottled water anymore but a filtered drinkable water pump in the cupboard-dripping and leaking all to the floor. We had to put the floor mat to stop the water further. This is the 5 star hotel with 2k dollar per day room was like. Bad. Experience. The next day we put a note on paper for housekeeping to provide extra floor mat but didn't given any. Not to mention the front desk registering us on check in didn't bother to show where the swimming pool/gym/lifts/offer help with luggage-just a cold arrogant face for the guests. We think 3 times stayed here is enough, next visit will avoid Fairmont. The only plus point as usual is the location very strategic with City Hall MRT just below the hotel.

Reception service and lounge service is exceptional. We will stay again next time.

Awesome one night stay and great services

Love the hotel. The view from the balcony was spectaculars. Housekeeping was fast and efficient in responding to our request. One and only disappointment is the air conditioner. The hotel will cut down on the usage of the generator between 2am till 6 plus in the morning. I'm guessing they cut cost …. This is my 3rd time staying here and it 's always the case … and the same timing ….

We chose Fairmont for our wedding anniversary this year. Booking and check-in was a breeze. We decided to upgrade to Deluxe room with a bath tub and was given one in the South tower. The decoration was spanking new, slightly too masculine for my taste. It had an interesting minibar closet which held all your coffee and hot water needs. The door of this minibar, unfortunately had really sharp edges. My husband sustained a cut from it. We got in touch with the Duty Manager, Amanda, who was kind enough to offer a change of room and steriliser to clean the wound. Note: they don't have a an in-house first aid kit. We requested one which had no such minibar and were given one in the North Tower. This is an older room, but it was massive with excellent views. We were grateful for this, and the team's concern. We enjoyed our stay. Please do something about the minibar closet, I fear someone may not be as lucky to escape with a minor wound. Thanks Fairmont.

The newly renovated room is so nice and clean with bathtub and king size bed. I enjoying my staycation. 👍.

Nice stay. The knly thing is we didn't get room cleaned at all during 2 night stay. Rubbish bin is so full. 😂 otherwise everything is fine. Breakfast is good. Kids are very happy.

The room is spacious and bathroom are well equipped and using Le labo shower product are awesome. Only there is no bathtub as I preferred. The facilities are good and the service are excellent. I am lucky to grant for early check in.

The check-in process was smooth. Room was clean and spacious for two person. There are plenty of places and eateries to explore in this area.

Check-in process was quick and simple as I've done it during the pre-arrival. Given relatively a high floor and a view of Raffles Hotel / Duo Tower. This is the Deluxe Room located at South Tower so the room looks newly renovated. Bathtub is huge but I think the shower area can be more well-lit. Quite disappointed as the hotel didn't provide Le Labo shower amenities (as mentioned on their website) and instead, they gave a brand that is relatively cheap. Soundproofing can be better as I heard people talking loudly along the corridor. Had dinner at Prego with the dining credits and breakfast at there too! Extended my check-out and was granted.

The room is so big. It very clean and need.

Loved the hotel, the hotel room, the dining credits and the breakfast provided. Loved the whole experience. Connecting room provided with our kids/ teenagers provided for a much needed bonding time. Loved it! Very relaxing holiday because it was not the peak period occupancy period.

The newly renovated rooms with views just sweeten the stay... and yes, breakfast at Prego is not to be missed! The only downside is the facilities, too small a pool and gym so not many opportunities to use it. Even without the restrictions, it is still a small sized pool which doesn't fit many guests. Just go shopping.

Check in was a breeze (Requested for early check in and got it!). The room and toilet were huge and clean with view of the pool (Unfortunately it rained for the 2 days).
