房间里有股潮湿的味道。酒店工作人员提供了一台空气净化器，稍微好了一些。

因为我带了更多的孩子，所以酒店升级了我的房间。办理入住手续需要多花一些时间，但房间很棒，很宽敞，可以看到滨海湾金沙区的景色。虽然我们只住了一晚，但它给我们留下了美好的回忆。

我在这里住了大约 5 个晚上，一切都很顺利，工作人员很友好，几乎所有餐厅的食物都很美味，尤其是 Hai Thien Lo。唯一的缺点是 wifi 有点慢，床有点硬而且很小。除此之外一切都很棒。

交通便利，可轻松搭乘地铁、巴士和购买日常必需品。从泛太平洋购物中心步行即可到达宝门廊地铁站，别忘了，新达城可从酒店二楼直达，只需直行即可到达，那里有一座连接滨海广场的桥。酒店房间清洁度不错，对了，这家酒店的浴室没有配备坐浴盆（真可惜）。

Edge，餐厅的菜单种类丰富，味道也很棒。

Ada 1 staff di lobby utama, memaksa orang untuk naik taksi, padahal saya sudah pesan Grab. Saat Grab saya datang, dia marah-marah karena saya tidak mau naik taksi.

Love the overall staying. Will come back.

While the hotel in general was great - room (premiere marina king) is nice, hotel location very strategic and facilities are well maintained, there are big misunderstanding during the check in. 1. Reception was not communicative during check in and they downgraded my room reservation from Premiere to Deluxe (picture attached). Complained the duty manager and it wasted few hours debating until finally we were given our Premiere room. Pan Pacific front desk including the duty manager is not apologizing sincerely for the downgrade but they give lots of reasoning and being arrogantly rude. Not the kind of service expected from a 5 star hotel. 2. Traveloka stated the room (Premiere) is including bathtub while in actual there is none. This is misleading and the hotel cannot do anything and asked us to ask to Traveloka for explanation. Picture of the promo/ad attached. For 2k SGD that I paid for this hotel, surely will not coming back for the front desk service is barely there.

Hotelnya super bersih, staff super ramah dan sangat membantu, dekat dengan stasiun MRT, lokasi strategis dan berada di atas mal jadi mudah kalau mau belanja. Puas stay di hotel ini.

The room was very spacious and the city view from the 32nd storey was amazing. Was fortunate enough to check-in earlier than allocated time. The hotel was close to a lot of places of interest. My friend and I were able to do a duck tour, play arcade games at Suntec City, catch the light shows at the National Gallery, and have dinner at Lau Pa Sat, all in a day's itinerary. The only gripe I had was the online check-in system from Pan Pacific. The user interface was quite confusing for a first time user like myself, and the system kept returning to the main page before I could finish inputting my details for the check-in. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Excellent location since we are staying for Singapore Marathon.

Pelayanannya mantap, pesawat saya pagi, minta disiapkan breakfast sebelum berangkat juga disiapkan, konter di lobby 24 jam dan bisa minta dipesankan taxi

No complain. Room was spacious. Food was great and many variation. Only no bidet in the toilet. Lol.

Khi check in tôi có đặt cọc 413$. Nhưng không thấy hoàn tiền về tài khoản. Đã 3 tuần trôi qua. Khách sạn và mọi thứ ok. Có reception check in lâu. Lúc check out làm ẩu. Đùng đẩy công việc.

Nice place, good amenities. TWG tea, toiletries balmain, nespresso machine in room. Near MRT station, aboue 3-5 minutes walk. Good service/hospitality. Pre order breakfast for sahur to replace buffet breakfast for those who are fasting during ramadhan. Appreciate for giving us late check out until 2PM. Overall pleasant experience at pan pacific singapore.
