Upgraded to millennia Suite one bed room in the 25th floor with the view of marina bay area. This room has spacious living and study areas. The room has the best panoramic view of Marina area so far compare with other hotels I have stayed which offer the view of marina bay area. So far this the best hotel I have stayed in Singapore.

So many dust, long queue at the check in, I order extra bed room. But they didn't give it before I asked numerous time.

Ritz Cartlton never fails. The place is really great and comfortable. Near the MBS and Promenade station makes it strategic and convenient. The service and hospitality was amazing.

Big bed room and big toilet nice view

The air cond of my room 1506 was not functioning well and we don't expect this kind of service at prestigious hotel such as Ritz. We called the maintenance and the guy who came checked and informed us the temperature is fine but we could feel the whole room is hot. Appreciate if the Colony could frequently change their menu for buffet as well as breakfast, I have stayed here for 3rd time and nothing much change of menu. The front office staff are very friendly.

Kamarnya bersih pelayanannya bagus sekali saya memesan kamar dengan pemandangan teluk marina itu indah sekali cocok untuk yang mau honeymoon..sarapan paginya banyak pilihan sampai bingung hehe pokoknya púas deh menginap disini

Wowwww... senangnyaaaaa tak terkatakan... Terima kasih kepada Manajemen The Ritz Carlton Hotel Singapura , kami akan selalu menginap disana kalau kami berlibur ke Singapura... 1st time stay in Ritz Singapore, most pleasant stay indeed. The staff is very polite and helpful, the hotel is well maintain, room is clean and everything in order. Of course this is what is expected from the price that I am paying.

Excellent staff friendliness, helpfulness, and eagerness to make my stay better. Room cleanliness was very good with the exception of the reading lights above each pillow were extremely dusty. Amenities are of excellent qualities. Views from the room were excellent.
