Kamarnya besar, semua fasilitas di kamar berfungsi dengan baik. Lokasi oke banget, dekat dengan MRT station Raffles Place.

Great place, kids friendly, love the kitchen, and the washing machine is very useful. The hotel is very close to the MRT. Very recommended place.

Booked a room to celebrate my birthday with my partner. Managed to get a free room upgrade which is really nice. Room was huge and really clean. Location is near CBD with many food offerings.

Great hotel but the pool is not for young children. Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. Overall, I'm happy with my stay!

A great place to stay, starting to like serviced apartments too. Kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was really pretty except for the sink which had some drainage issue so whenever I on the tap there is a sewer smell. Take note that the restaurant is closed during the weekends and Raffles Place generally is a dead town if you're staying on weekends too. I requested for a late check out and the front desk was lovely and helped me to move my check out date to 1pm. Overall enjoyed my stay!

Wonderful hotel. Large size room and wonderful location. Room have a small kitchenette and working desk.

Pearlyn's customer service was awesome. She even upgraded 2 of our rooms to 'finlayson suite' when I told her I booked the room for our parents' wedding anniversary. All staff were friendly

Had a very pleasant stay!! The room was spacious and the room is extremely clean. Wish we could stay for another night.

The Finlayson Suite is huge! The street view was also pretty great. But service was slightly off for our stay (asked for a bathrobe but in the end not delivered). Overall, still a nice stay.

Had requested an ice bucket and 2 wine glasses at the front desk during check-in. Almost a 1hr later we had to call room service only for them to tell us that the ice machine had broken down and they had no ice. But nobody had called us to let us know and nobody had brought up the wine glasses either. We had to leave the room for lunch, had set the privacy settings to do no disturb but someone had come into the room without my knowledge just to place 1 wine glass on the kitchenette. I am not really concerned regarding the lack of service on the requested items more so on the lack of privacy and security.

Awkward checking experience because 2 staff members were arguing in front of us at the reception area. They were more fixated on arguing and had not even noticed that we were already in the lobby ready to check in. Staff generally unfriendly and feel unwelcoming. Only saving grace was that the room is spacious and clean. But that first impression pretty much ruined our perception of the place. If you're driving, there ' s no car park at the building itself so you have to park at other venues close by with exorbitant parking fees. Don't trust the recent hype around this place.

Room is spacious and look exactly like the photos provided. Very well equipped and front desk is nice enough to let us check out at a later timing.

Toilet bathtub hot water level spoil. Bed quite dusty feel itchy after sleeping on it. Don't feel comfortable at all. Checking out time I went down looking for the check out drop box suddenly one of the staff shout at me and use his finger point at me and use his finger gestures to call me over I think is quite rude. Mood spoil when leaving the hotel.

Nice hotel but the only donwnside is that they don't have a carpark nearby and need to source our own carpark.

Convenient venue and spacious room! Special mention to the receptionist (Shao Han) for the warm hospitality during check in and attending to our room service requests promptly!:).

第二次入住。房间很棒，服务很棒，住宿体验很棒。10/10 推荐给所有人。早餐很一般，不值得额外花钱。我们点了两杯橙汁外带，因为我们太饱了，想晚点再喝。但是被拒绝了，因为工作人员说我们选择堂食，所以不能选择外带。
