Hotel services,location, room OK but b/fast not to much choices.

Cool air conditioning, staff is friendly and helpful even I checked in late.

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The service was far below expectations — staff were good but .The room was not properly cleaned, and several basic amenities were either missing or not working. For the price I paid, I expected a much better experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others unless serious improvements are made. No wardrobe,tv are not working well, kettle in the toilet and I requested for 2 twin bedroom but they give me queen bed.

the location is good but the high way is besides so it's noisy. the room is clean and spacious but the design is old. the bed is soft type unfortunately I prefer firm bed as my husband is over 100kg.

It is a peaceful night to stay in the room. Cold air conditioner, nice channel review.

Not worthit for money. Room & food not as per expection based on picture before make a bookings. Hotel management have to improve room & food quality.

Nice place to stay and relax. But I think the room can be done nicely. Some of the stuff look run down and not really maintance. Even light doesn't work. And I found cockroaches in toilet. Overall. For one night stay is OK. Sleep well. Should do something about the room. Need repair. I don't know about the rest. Tk you.

Oke, kolam yang baik untuk anak-anak, bilik yang selesa, bilik air yang bersih, cuma channel TV hanya TV1 & TV3 sahaja. Overall, just nice & reliable.

Saya tempah katil king, dapat single. Sedangkan bayaran di cas atas katil king dengan single berbeza. Macam rasa tertipu pulak kalau macam ni.

Receptionist nya sangat ramah, Miss India baik sekali dan buat Pak Manager Mr. Kean baik sekali dan sangat profesional dalam bekerja dan sangat membantu kami, kamarnya bersih dan kamar mandinya juga bersih, pemandangannya indah ada balkon, senang kami bisa menginap di sini, pokoknya next kami akan berkunjung kesana kembali untuk trip selanjutnya.

Bilik selesa dengan pemandangan yang cantik. Harga pon berpatutan. Parking banyak. Recommended

The room is dated but reasonably clean. Check in took quite some time at the counter. There is no hair dryer in the room, safe is not working and no hot water. Water from the tape is muddy and needs to let it run off until water is clean after each use. Car park is free. Breakfast is OK with limited choices, bread and eggs curry chicken and rice, yogurt and some fruits available. Air con is working well and the bed is firm and nice.

The room is nice …. Staff is very friendly …. However the entrance to the hotel is little bit confusing …, overall it is great experience to stay at there!

Check in very fast. Deposit MYR 50 refundable. Free basement parking. Room is okay. TV less channels. Free WiFi. Bathroom is basic and clean. Breakfast set provided. No room service, have to order food online. Overall, it is okay to stay short period, not long one.

The room totally obsolete, the water is slow, hot water not working, the water sink pipe also not working, everything is old and dusty. The bed is comfortable but not fully satisfied.
