員工友善，反應迅速。飯店位置優越，大眾運輸也很便利，公車站就在飯店門口。前往最近的地鐵站也很方便。

The staff are kind and helpful. The location is very strategic since there is a bus stop exactly in front of the hotel, and the price is reasonable.

We asked for upgrade on the spot, since the room only for 2 people. The upgrade and payment for the rest was made easy. They even notice my sister's birthday when checking her passport, what a pleasant surprise. Smooth check-in and check out, quiet neighborhood too. Nice access to bus too (especially 130 & 145)
