I love the villa, the food during breakfast was perfect. I like the variety of options. I prefer ordering rather than buffet style. But the service is really slow during the check in. Instead of talking near or next to me, he talked across the table from me, like hello? And he explained in a complicated manner, repetitive when i needed it to be straightforward. I was already exhausted by being inside of my car for 4 hours straight just to reach alila. Some workers arent very friendly too, most were too cold, stiff and passive.

Alila is perfect and definitely will go back again.

Had a nice, relaxing stay here. The view was exceptional! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but some of the items in the room is pretty old and it could use a little fix (the door was jammed, the vanity mirror looks like it's from centuries ago). Had a little unpleasant experience during breakfast. I ordered eggs benedict and they came with ham. I came with my mom who's wearing hijab so they could've asked if I wanted it with ham or take it out. Instead the staff got snippy when I asked to remove the ham and she said ‘The eggs benedict always come with ham’. Other than that, I had nothing to complain.

Very welcoming staff and very attentive. They’re everywhere ready to help you. The villas has enough facilities for you such as gym and amazing public pool. Though it has been there for quite some time but furniture and facilities are maintain pretty well. Breakfast is very good and you can request to swap a little stuff in it and they will give you what you want (only need to explain it clearly, the tab option is not too helpful). Overall very great experience with very friendly staffs and great view.

Menu makanan sangat minim dan tidak bersahabat bagi tamu domestik karena menu makanan hanya menyediakan untuk selera orang bule. Kalau saya lidah orang indonesia maka saya sangat tidak menyenangkan dengan menu makanannya.

Tempatnya bagus sekali, sangat nyaman, staf-stafnya ramah. Menginap disini merupakan pengalaman yang paling menyenangkan. suasana begitu tenang dan damai. Pemandangan yang begitu indah melihat sunset.
