Overall, superb hotel. Would definitely repeat if going to Tawau again and I don't have other hotels in mind.

The TV was working at all during my 2 night a stay. The curtains were dirty and towels were worn out.

Kondisi kamar kotor, karpet lantainya kusam dan keliatan jorok, begitu juga dengan kondisi kamar mandinya. Saran saja: perlu renovasi lagi untuk kamarnya, harga tidak sesuai dengan kondisi kamar.

This happen for room 118. All plug cannot be use to charge our handphone except plug near the mini fridge. Only receive 1 towel and no spoon for stir coffee. When we request this items with reception no one deliver it. No remote TV and TV is broken not able to change the channel. The carpet all the dirties, got all old stains can't be remove.

The lobby was so nice, but the room hallways & the bathroom lamps bring us back to the early 20s old school vibe.

Bilik luas cuma carpet sedikit lusuh. Tandas juga berfungsi dengan baik. Hotel terbaik so far.

Check in quite late as I had donner first upon arrival. Given twin bed room as other room fully booked. 2 lamps not working. The staff came quickly to fix it and apologize. They settled everything within 30 minutes or less from the moment I called. Thank you for the quick fix. Room need a maintenance. Spotted cracked mirror. Broken hose hanger/ hook in toilet.

Bad customer service and no towel provided even the room looks so dirty also the toilet. Not recommended to stay.

Very old carpet and dirty bathroom. Towels are not readily upom check in inside the room. Need to request.

Easy while check-in. Great Experience with Mohd Faiz the receptionist. Man of day. Very focused and customer-centric... beyond my expectation. Again, will come and stay at BRH very much of Faiz example. #sayamustipilih👍
