飯店非常寬敞，員工友善，環境優美。

工作人員協助將大包搬到房間。

辦理入住時感覺有點不自在。似乎飯店裡有貴賓之分。希望飯店能向登記處下達明確的規定，依照「先到先得」的原則為每位客人辦理入住。畢竟，我們和其他客人一樣，都是付費入住的。

臥室裡煙味很重。浴室設施陳舊，淋浴也無法使用。此外，床單和窗簾上都有明顯的污漬。電視也壞了，整晚都有奇怪的巨響，讓人無法入睡。

最好…花點錢睡3號房⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

非常棒，與購物中心融為一體，住在這裡感覺就像在家一樣。

飯店還不錯…停車也很方便…離購物中心很近…

Hotel building connected to shopping mall, lots of restaurants nearby as well.

Overall, superb hotel. Would definitely repeat if going to Tawau again and I don't have other hotels in mind.

The TV was working at all during my 2 night a stay. The curtains were dirty and towels were worn out.

Kondisi kamar kotor, karpet lantainya kusam dan keliatan jorok, begitu juga dengan kondisi kamar mandinya. Saran saja: perlu renovasi lagi untuk kamarnya, harga tidak sesuai dengan kondisi kamar.

This happen for room 118. All plug cannot be use to charge our handphone except plug near the mini fridge. Only receive 1 towel and no spoon for stir coffee. When we request this items with reception no one deliver it. No remote TV and TV is broken not able to change the channel. The carpet all the dirties, got all old stains can't be remove.

The lobby was so nice, but the room hallways & the bathroom lamps bring us back to the early 20s old school vibe.

Bilik ok, cuma dah request large bed, dapat twin bed

Bilik luas cuma carpet sedikit lusuh. Tandas juga berfungsi dengan baik. Hotel terbaik so far.

To comfortable to stay. So beautyful place and recomended.
