飯店所有員工都非常熱情周到，特別是2026年2月20日和22日在飯店大廳值班的保全。他在我們辦理入住和退房手續時幫我們搬運行李，非常熱心。謝謝您，先生們——可惜我忘了您們的名字。

景色優美，充滿自然氣息，空氣清新，設施齊全。

挺好玩的… 不過因為是旺季，所以人很多。晚餐和早餐的時候尤其擁擠…哈哈 但真的非常棒。孩子們很喜歡。他們原本只打算住一晚，結果延長到了兩晚。 房間寬敞，環境舒適，工作人員，特別是前台接待，都很友善。即使客人很多，他們仍然保持著專業的態度。

這裡真是個週末放鬆的好去處。那裡有隻非常可愛的貓，可惜我忘了拍照。

Tolong dong buat tim hotel,direview lagi untuk lokasi parkir TAMU , mobil saya jadi begini , malu banget keluar dari hotel kondisi begini , ditanya sama securty katanya karna parkir dibawah pohon kena karet pohon , Toh klu memang lokasi parkirnya bahaya utk mobil tamu, harusnya pihak hotel juga kasi tanda jangan parkir disana,atau kalian tebang pohon nya atau gimana demi kenyamanan kendaraan tamu.

it was indeed a very comfortable stay. The location is good for destressing and the room is large and excellent view of the sea. The staff in general were very friendly too. Not much for the food which I believe can still be more variety and taste.

The facilities were great – we enjoyed the pool, the beach, and the water activities. The view from the room was stunning. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The breakfast variety was quite limited, and the taste could be better. We were expecting more options, especially for a resort of this size. Also, we needed an extra bed for a family member, but there was no clear information about this during the booking. It would be helpful if the resort clarified extra bed availability and charges in advance. Overall, it was a good stay and we would recommend the resort, especially for families. With small improvements in breakfast quality and clearer communication, it could be even better.

Very comfortable for family with kids. Room very clean. And kids playground and swimming pool is kids friendly. Next vacation will stay here again.

Breakfast buffet is getting worse everytime i came , not much variety, food is cold and stiff already! Too crowded , they dont control who came in . Please improve
