在AC飯店住得很愉快。員工友善，房間寬敞舒適，也貼心地準備了薰衣草香包，有助於睡眠。延遲退房、不錯的早餐以及前往皇后灣廣場的免費接駁車都讓我很滿意——整體來說非常方便。

這是我們第二次入住這家酒店，它一如既往地令人滿意。我的父母尤其喜歡這裡，因為非常舒適。我父親特別喜歡那張沙發──他甚至開玩笑說不想離開！光是這一點就足以說明房間有多放鬆。 早餐種類豐富，價格合理，令人滿意。其中一個亮點是現點現做的印度煎餅（roti canai），這在酒店並不常見。煎餅新鮮美味。我也很喜歡蛋餅。廚師煎得恰到好處，蛋黃流淌，非常漂亮。 我們的房間視野極佳，空間寬敞，足夠我們全家舒適入住。設施齊全，一切都維護得很好。總而言之，這是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，我們全家都很滿意。我們一定會再光臨。

這家旅館很新，氣味宜人，內部裝潢也很漂亮，而且離機場很近。附近還有街頭小吃，飯店提供前往皇后灣廣場的接駁車。

It was a pleasure trip to spend 2 nights in AC Hotel Penang. Breakfast was great. Me and my family really enjoyed the stay.

AC Hotel is top notch in terms of customer care. I was more than comfortable here during my stay. The breakfast was good and the location is great. There is a complimentary shuttle that took us to Queensbay Mall and back. Grab car service is regular so I could get around Penang conveniently. Wishing them the very best!

Lokasi strategis dekat dengan airport. Pelayanannya pun sangat baik. Dengan harga yang relatif murah, sangat direkomendasikan untuk bepergian bersama keluarga.

Jarak dari airport Penang hanya 15 menitan. Kamarnya bersih, luas, dan nyaman. Bathroom amenities-nya juga sangat baik, apalagi dengan sustainable. Breakfast-nya enak walaupun tidak terlalu bervariatif.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The facilities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. However, I noticed a limited presence of local staff, which I believe could enhance the guest experience even further. Employing more local staff could add a unique cultural touch and provide guests with authentic insights into the local area. This approach would also contribute to supporting the community. I highly recommend the hotel consider this for an even more enriching experience. Overall, a fantastic stay—thank you!

Hotel new and very clean. Staff very friendly. Room very clean and cool. Breakfast generous and everyday menu different, everything was delicious. Sure will stay here again when come back to Penang.

Kamar sangat luas bisa untuk 3orang nginap karena ada disediakan sofa panjang. Kamarnya bersih dan nyaman. Jika ingin nginap yang dekat dengan airport dan queenbay mall sangat cocok. Cuman 10menit perjalanan sekitar Rm 7/9 naik Grap.
