我住了三天，入住時忘了把護照帶走，結果我把護照丟在房間裡。我把護照放在床頭板附近的床邊，退房時卻忘了帶。我回去確認後發現護照不見了。我以前從來沒把護照帶在飯店，一直都放在飯店裡。

Near to KLCC, just a walking distance from hotel to KLCC. Variety of food for breakfast

Location is the plus point. Hotel receptionists are great too. However, the quality of room cleanliness (kindly check on your housekeeping team regularly) can still be improved.

I loved this hotel until a staff member ruined it. The room was nice and clean, and the location was close to KLCC. However, when checking out, I was charged for parking despite being told I wouldn't have to pay. I only have to validate my card. When I asked the lobby staff about it, they simply said it was 'You have to take the out with 15 minutes and it’s very common ma’am ' and didn't take responsibility. The fee was only 38 MYR, but the poor service was disappointing.

Great location. Good breakfast buffet spread. Good facilities available. Just that traffic noises could be heard clearly even at Level 19.

kondisi kamar yang nyaman, kamar kedap suara, staf rama, akses parking mobil mudah, dan yang terpeting dekat dg tower. kemudahan akses jalan kesana yang menjadi utama hotel ini kami pilih. dan next trip kami akan menginap di sini lagi.

It's really noisy at evening time, especially after midnight, always have illegal road rage racing and the noise was very unpleasant! We didn't sleep well as the hotel window somehow wasn't soundproof. Swimming pool and steam room wasn't clean either.

Proses check-in dan check-out sangat cepat, lokasi sangat strategis dan para staf sangat ramah dan profesional. Di depan hotel ada restoran Pelita *Nasi Kandar* yang buka 24 jam, dan food truck juga ada di depan hotel. Ke Suria KLCC dan Twin Towers hanya 200 meter. Hotel yang sangat recommended jika berkunjung ke KL.
