I thought by checking in to a 5-star hotel would be a pleasant stay for me. During my recent stay with the room number, 1124, the room leave a very strong cigaratte smell even though the room is a non smoking room with a sign at the door “No Smoking”. Had a rough night sleep and the sleep was interupted just because of the cigaratte smell was to strong. Please do solve this matter so it won't affect family with kids to stay in that room. Lucky I stayed for one night only and by MYSELF but still I am really disappointed to get that kind of room.

Guys. If you got room 1206, request refund or new room by immediately. The water was ponding in the bathroom, and other than they clean it for you, they will be give a scrapper to clean by yourself when it happens again. The ponding will not be fixed as the bathroom elevation for water is not toward the floor trap. Satu je nak cakap, geli wei 😂

Worst hotel I've ever been in. Room was dirty, with mold in the bathroom and cabinets, lizard poop on the windowsill, hair on the sheets, yellow and brown stains on the sheets. When asking for a change in room, they gave us a different one but the quality was not much different. It was clear that the bedsheets had not been changed and the room not kept with basic cleanliness standards. My friend and I ended up simply checking out after changing the room twice. Room was non-refundable and the hotel called me after we checked out simply to verify that there won't be a refund. There was no attempts to rectify the situation. Furthermore, the reception was extremely unprofessional upon arrival. We arrived at 2pm and the man at the counter immediately said that check-in was at 3pm, implying that we should have come back at that time. I had to ask if we could check-in early before he said nothing and checked us in. He also told us that the water supply would be cut off from 12-6pm and nothing was done from the hotel's end to make up for it. Truly horrendous customer service and amenities. Furthermore, the app gave this place 5 stars and misled us into getting a room here. It is a 4 star hotel. However, 4 star standards aren't even met. This hotel should not be up and running. When coming into the driveway, exposed pipes and a big hole was on the ceiling.

Bathroom is quite an important thing for me. I went to the bathroom and saw strands of hair down at the floordrain. I felt that cleaning it before guest enters, is the bare minimum. Otherwise, all okay for an old-aged hotel.

I used to stay here with my family before covid, the place and cleanliness was still OK. However right now, the place is quite run down and dirty. Especially the bathub there is a lot of stain.

Very lousy service. Not worth 4 stars at all. Reached early and the staff said the room is not ready. They said will call us once the room is ready. Waited until check-in time. No, receive any call. When checking in the room, they said the phone is not working, anything informs them using WhatsApp. After checking in the room, only 2 towels and 1 set of toothbrushes, no hand towel no small towel no floor mat no kettle. Texted through WhatsApp but never reply. Went out and came back to the hotel, also told the staff we need those stuff. They said they will send it shortly. Waited one hour no one came. My husband went down to the lobby and ask for those items. Another staff said need to wait, if today cannot get, have to wait until tomorrow. We gonna share one toothbrush for the night and so thirsty, no kettle (it's written that this room type has a kettle) poor thing. Can't believe this is 4 stars hotel at all. Won't be back definitely!

The check-in took more than 3 hours, instead of getting a king bed, we got a twin bed that merge manually 😬 but nevermind about that, to get towels we need to wait another hour, after late check-in. And the next day, we need to request a couple of times to get bottles of mineral water. The phone's not working, so we cannot call room service at all. Our stay was unclear on systems even when I want to check out. The concierge was the only person that was helpful and also the security. Other than that, bad services. Quite a disappointment cause, the place is good, good view, big room. Just the services, I think they need to add more people.
